ECU initializing for Hyundai XG 3.0 immo

I replace damaged ECU of my Hyundai XG 3.0 (2000MY , shinchang immo type )immo with `used ECU ` .. how to `used` it , am i need to initializing and how can we do that ? i still use old immo box and its valid key .. case : no ignition , error code immo : ecu comunication mal

or anybody just calculate it can be match with ecu dump ?
i replace ecu with second/used one .. last status : ecu communication mal
