Sharing is a 2 way action - giving AND recieving. On forums there are generally 3 types of people.

1) Those who share - both give and recieve
2) Those who only take - there are loads of 1 posters here - people who will only come back if they want something else
3) Those who only give.

Usually I am one of those people who only give because I am the one pioneering the new ideas and concepts so there is little anyone can help me with unless they are in a similar line of work to me - like for instance Emin (author of Otocheck). People like me and Emin are happy to share what we have but only to those that are also prepared to share.

Software like this that ends up cracked and all over the internet is killing the industry. The im*o solutions in otocheck are the "easy" jobs, the "bread and butter" work for people like me. With software like this being readily available it drives down the price that I an charge for my professional services because there is some bloke in his bedroom somewhere giving the "same" service for a fraction of my price to earn a little beer money when he has got home from working at Burger King. This means that I only now get the ball ache work that takes hours of hard work and does not earn good money. The big problem there is that I cannot sustain this anymore and am currently applying for a full time job in a completely different field so i can continue to pay my mortgage and put food in my kids mouths. With the pioneers like me rapidly going out of business there will be no future developments in the car electronic repair field and software like Otocheck will no longer be produced. Eventually it will lead to the entire demise of the aftermarket electronic repair industry and eveyone will have to go to the main dealer when they have a problem - and pay main dealer prices!!

I thought about buying the software but people are selling it other places for 100 usd. I have most immo off files for bmw but otocheck has one or two I do not have. He has it on special for 250 euro. If the price was a little cheaper people would of bought the legit version first. I took a look at the demo it should of had some functionalbility no pictures of ecu's. Might of just sent a list of what cars it would do and stop there.

when you try to run immo cleaner 2 and you get COMDLG32 error just extract this file into your folder where you installed immo cleaner.
And it should work.

Did you download the comdl32 file from post 28 in this thread and extract it into the folder where im*o cleaner 2 is installed?

And also did you put the crack files in this folder too? To replace other ones.

i think you don't have any error message, just close the 3 message that you have and Click Finish, then replace the 2 file "im*ocleaner2.exe " and "vsflex8u.ocx" to you instalation directory and rewrite them

install imocleaner2, go to " Cracked file folder " copy the 2 files "im*ocleaner2.exe " and "vsflex8u.ocx" and past them to your instalation directory

i think you should copy "COMDLG32.ocx" file into the same file location, not into im*o cleaner instalation directory, This file should be located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory ( for Win 2000/XP )
Note: If you already have a copy of comdlg32.ocx, backup the existing file to a different folder

If you have a problem with rdata just install ms office 2007 and it does the job. at least it did for me.
