PT CRUISER DASHBOARD PROBLEM SAME AS SNECIC2

Hello everyone,has anybody ran into pt cruiser dash problems? it turns on when it wants too, just like Renault scenic

i was wondering if it is fixable and if so wich parts need to be replaced in order to fix.

try to remove battery cable for 5 minutes .... check the fuse box ...
