cas2 problems

i want to see if some one can help me ,,,,, i am having an issue were i am adding keys to this dump but am unable to get it to start it keeps showing key on the dash
but i did notice that the keys i have added are disabled i have tried to enable the key 4,5,6 but it says key not enabled can some one help me thank you ....

It's a cas 2 .... What else do u need to know I'm using a 7936 ,,, never had this issue ...
