crash data disapeared, but I have DTC : 80A0 - Unknown error.
After ereasing - it shows again after few secounds...

That error means there is a DTC in your occupant control module (OCM) you must first erase DTCs from there and it will be ok

RCM - Restraint Control Module
OCM - Occupant Control Module

what is the difrence beetween OCM and RCM? - for me it's the same.

I have eresed DTC's in BCM, ECU, ABS, RCM and in RCM is still 80A0 DTC...

Rcm is the restraint control module. OCM is occupant control module. The ocm is mounted under passenger seat. It will also record a crash code on airbag deployment. But its crash code must be erased by a scan tool. They are indeed seperate modules but you will need a scanner that can access it.

The B80A0 code just says to check OCM memory for DTCs. Once you clear code from OCM that code will no longer show up in RCM.
