search help for vbf file to convert in bin file

i must have bin file, to programing a ford med17 ecu with K-Tag.
I have the vbf file and give to the pm.

Not possible make that what you want.
You have clean ecu ? Why you want put configuration data by ktag ? It has much more data.
In fact can try extract basic file but i don't see any sense.
I think you easier can find other solution.
