VW Passat 5.5 instrument cluster PIN ....

Hello . I read the full eprom from a VDO dash , 3 different program are calculated the immo pin - 9311 , but the cluster don't accept it. Yes, of course i started with zero ( 09311 ) . I have to add new keys ,but i have no idea to login...

Of course i tried 09311 .. the result : FAIL message in the dash... (channel 21 and 50 are hidden)

mayby is locked ignition on 30-60 min and try again

I switched off the IMMO in the ECU, the car starts and everything else seems ok, only the yellow key icon are blinking ..
