vitara synchro problem

hi to all i have synchro problem with vitara 2001 with ecu 33920-70ero with 24c04 inside and immobox 33970-70e03 with 24c01
i want somebody to make synchro

i can find eeprom 24c01 from immobox 33970-70e3 but i can't find eeprom 24c04 from ECU 33920-78EQ.
Any help please ?!
