BMW CCC dump

Hi all,
i need dump to BMW e63 CCC HW 12,5. system keeps reeboting and reeboting.
ista-d does not see modules CCC-BO, CCC-ASKA, CCC-ANT, only available CCC-GW.

any help?

Did you solve anything? I have the same problem, tried reflowing the chips to noavail. The Restore CD doesen't even start the update.

Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
