I could be wrong here mate....but that file looks corrupted to me.... You've tried changing it already with something ?

i used digimaster 3 and send the file to the company who make this product in china they tell me they fix the mileage send me back the file but doesn't work didn't change.

NIKZ i use your file in this time we don't use digimaster3 instead we use ANDROMEDAS and change but something funny happen when i connected to the car show me the mileage that i want with the can on at soon a star the car the mileage when back to the old miles..

may be the ECU keep the old mileage to prevente fraud? you know a new system on new cars. this happen to you before?364405364406

According to my info (US market) 2013-2015 Spark mileage is stored in the BCM.
