Maybe you have corrupted flash? Try to write back org dump and than try ignition.

i hear often that smok jtac kill ezs and cas.

I make dozen of 9s12 secured with Jtag. Never have any issue with them.
Only with one have issue was a Freelander dash, but solved by smok in 30 minutes.
For my opinion is best 9s12 programmer i ever see for this money.
