Mazda 3 2004 dashboard swap

Hi all.

I have to change dash of mazda 3 2004 because front panel and radio is not working. When twist pcb of dashboard its start working but just for a while and then stops.
Try to resolder mcu and other components but still same.

I bought another dash from scrapyard and my question is:
What is easy thing to swap dash. I think when I swap eprom and mcu should work. I do not have a tool to reprogram the car key. Looking for solution any idea?

swap eprom only or swap dump

And you are sure that's will work? There is no more vin or synchro stored in dash?


Changed eprom dump and all good now
