I left in car service my car for removing DPF and EGR, but I receive error 2002 - regarding to DPF dead.

may I get help to remove DPF and EGR on my ford Focus C-max 2.0 TDCI 136CV with ECU Siemens? ??

Hood Day. Unforrunetly the engine is tring start the dpf burning proces... is the posiblity to turn off the proces?
