mercedes E-class dash

have a Mercedes E-class W211 that have dashboard problem.
the needle from the speedo go to 120km when you turn the ignition on
and the display in the center dont give anything. is blank.

do someone know how to solve this problem?
i know its a common problem.

this is for not working speedometer pointer.
but this pointer go to 120km by ignition and stay there like 0 point.
by ignition off it go back to 0
