AUDI TT 3,2 DSG 6SPEED

had the gearbox oil cooler mix water in the gearbox and the engine ,customer drove for a few days like that.
i replaced the cooler flushed the gearbox all was ok for about 2 weeks or so then came in like this.
put in dive its ok untill you give a little throttle the jumps out pf gear same with reverse,
like the clutch is slipping ,did find still pink mixture in the gearbox and flushed again with diesel...
im thinking cluches or megatronics
any ideas ?

P0722 no signal - intermittent
18201 "" output sensor 2 (g196)
P1793 no signal - intermittent
19143 unexpected /implausible machanical gear Disengagement
P2711-004 intermittent-mill on
