Need professional diagnostics tool

Can any one help me in selecting the best Diagnostics Scan-tool that support all Asian, American and European vehicles. i need it for most of ECU calibration, Adaptation, ECU replacement, ECU synchronization and relearning purpose for Bosch and other ECUs etc.

When you say tool are you talking about the hardware to connect laptop to vehicle? Or are you asking about the programs needed to communicate with vehicle? Which part do you already have?
