Skoda MED 17.5 ecu clone or immo off

hi friends I have Skoda superb with faulty ecu and I need to replace
I attached flash and eeprom files for both ecus need you help to immo off the new ecu or better to clone the new ecu both are the same part No
Vag Part No. 3T0 907 115 G
Bosch part No. 0261S05741

I will be thankful for your help
