Megane steering lock

If someone can help me out and suggest how to refit piece of plastic with spring inside the hole where should be. Please see attachment. When I was try to disassemble it fell out and now can not put again down , it should be 3-4 mm more to down. Or is there any option to use it without plastic and spring?
