95640 eeprom read with xprog error.........HELP

Hi

im having trouble reading eeprom 95640 with xprog 5.5.5 (clone)

ive desoldered the eeprom and tred reading....

xprog start to read but session log..... certificate error....

ive check rotation, check joints, all clean and good.

(im thinking either xprog has packed up?????)
or (im doing someting wrong.)

ive attatched picture of session log..

this is driving me crazy.

was working fine untill today???

sure its needs to be downgraded?

i dont have any of theses faults...

mine says..... certificate error???

im reading on xprog eeprom adapter in DIP8 socket?

am i being a complete ........... lol

so th answer should be ----> reflash it to 5.5.1 and u should be good
