BMW e70 X5 2008 DPF problem

Hi, who coul check if correct DPF off please.
Customer come back after 7 month with DPF problem. And have one error that DPF overloaded. DPF removed mechanically 7 month ago, and only now he got that error. I clened but next day again error appears.

DPF is off but not full.
You can try to reset soot level or do replace dpf filter funcion and that can work.
Or to do full job for dpf off.
