Can anyone help me identify this BDM port ?

In the picture is a bdm port that is unlike any I've ever encountered. It is in a single row. Anyone know anything about this port?

Mileage is in BCM 95320. Hours are in cluster in d70f3525 nec mcu I believe.

Don't know what tool to read cluster MCU or connections.
