John Derre Advisor problem

Hello, I have a problem with John Deere Advisor. When you attempt to open the annex graphical error "unable to initialize graphics viewer."
What could be causing this?
Installed on Windows 7.368536

What version of Adobe Reader do you have installed? I sometimes get an error on a new install that SA cannot find Adobe reader and have to point the program to where Adobe is installed. I am not aware if SA uses other graphics viewers. Good luck

I have installed Adobe Reader 9. As Advisor installed.

If Adobe is installed and working then I'm sorry but do not know what the problem is caused by.
