2008 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Dash EZS synchronization

Hello,everyone I need help, lost synchronization EZS with the DASH 2008 Sprinter, actually it was my fault, I took a dump by CARPROG, contacts on the feet is not checked, well ,after record i got , small trouble On my head.I am so lucky , i have one more exactly the same car. i used the dash's dump from second car, i changed VIN, but still no mileage on the screen only ------------

There is no any options to renew the cluster. The Cluster can be install only ones , only new.
is it any way to fix the damp ?
