mini cooper s header tank leaking

i have just noticed the seams around my header tank leaking anti freeze on my mini cooper s 2004 when it gets hot i am told this is happens a lot on the minis my question is should i replace with a new Bmw part or after market part as the price is almost double. Thanks for any advice

if i was doing it aftermarket would be my route,hmm wonder if water pumps give issues worth a look when drained down.
