How to program ESM with star diag (dev mode) after EIS and M.E replaced? EIS/M.E belongs to the same donor vehicle, ESM is the original with vehicle.

Car starts, no check engine codes on dash, but of course shifter is stuck on park position.

What is the method to unlock or pair the ESM with the new EIS/M.E ?

Is there any way to edit vin numbers without going all the way to the dump?

Thanks

Thanks for the advise....

I'm trying to keep original functionality as much as I can.... but its an option.... BTW it's the plastic AND the metal grey levers that need to be removed.

why do you need ro program the ESM?

have you changed the whole DAS then? Can you just adapt the engine ECU if its been replaced? Why do ME and EZS?

why not put old EZS back on, adapt engine ECU to that and bingo the ESM will just work
