cruise control help 307

hi guys,

wonder someone could help me I have a 2004 307 136bhp 2.0 HDi from factory it never came with cruise control I have added the stalk and it wont work I have turned it on with planet at the ECU and BSI, I tried a working stalk from another car and it wont work replaced the brake switch I have the one with 4 wires , I checked the clutch switch and nothing.

any ideas
