Mate, you mistaken procesors. It's not about EWS.

On the topic, I read 0d69j and 1d69j with xprog-m 5.0 no problems, just make sure your soldering on adapter is good and legs are clean. It must read or your xprog is faulty somekind...

my xprog m work well for others eeprom but for h05,h08 mcu there is problem to work properly.is it possible to hav a screen shot with reading done in those kind of mcu.
