Hello, guys. Another Hyundai here that doesn't respond to disconnected seatbelt, after crash clear. Disconnected airbags turns on the light as supposed to, but seatbelt not. Anyone has solution that works correctly? I'm just afraid that seatbelt will not work when car crashes. Thank you a lot

Change seatbelt or try with 2,2 ohms resistor1

my friend, you misunderstood me. airbag light is OFF, not ON.
I DISCONNECTED good working seatbelt to see if computer was fixed properly, and light still was OFF, with no trouble code for seatbelt, meaning it doesn't work properly.

Thats carprog for ya. They think a "working" solution just means the light goes out.

I have even raised my concerns about it with them and they obviously dont care. Fell on deaf ears....or blind eyes. One of the two...

Chiorbeq, your solution also doesn't make airbag module to see disconnected seatbelt. Thanks for trying to help though

Ps: i don't use carprog, but seems that most 'solutions' for these newer hyundai and kia, whether free or not, fix it partially
