K-tag problem with EDC16

Hi guys I need to read mpc for hiunday Tucson ecu , crdi, 2.0L by bdm with ktag, I use help of ktag to see conection, and it just use ribbon cable, it does not use external power, when I try to conect for reading ,it shows error conection .
DO SOMEONE HAVE SOME SIMILAR PROBLEMS EITH KTAG READING EDC16.

You must supply, the K-Tag +12V

Yes I did, with 2 different adapter, check the power in the cable and there was 12, one of adapter with 5A output but even does not work, I need to know if kess clone can make it by obd2?
