original ECU is dead i fit this new one short 4.13 but i still have this code b27.... then the only way to start car is by off immo

why dont you just swap 93c386 chip from old ecu to new one and use old key

I dont know... Maybe you save a copy of your original file and try this one.
Or you can swap the eeprom from original/damaged ecu into the new one as sugested by
gjenkins0 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/459658-gjenkins0).

Yes got immo off file for this.
You can transfer eeprom chip RA86 (93C86) from your old ecu into you new ecu or you may jump pins 4 and 13 for not a second less than 30minutes.
Or you can upload a new file into eeprom chip 93c86 for immo off. For this please send me your actual file (from old ecu that was running on vehicle) with the injectors compensation coded correcly and i will change the file for immo off.

These are my files for immo off files. if i open them in my programmer ,i get different results. thats the same file i just open it as 93C86(8bit) and it shows immo off,if i open it in 93c86(16bit) it shows as immo on? how and why,am i doing something wrong?
