Hi all!
I need a virgin dump for a 2005 Ford Focus. The dashboard I need it for is a Visteon, part no.: 3M5F-10A855-A, the MCU in it is a Motorola MC9S12H256 with mask 1K78X. I've attached my original dump.
All help is welcome!

Virgin because of replacement of some module or something else? There is a way to pair ECU-DASH by dump if that is why you need virgin....

Actually the problem is that all original keys got deleted from dash, and I heard that once you delete the original keys, they can't be matched again even for the same car. So I'm just hoping that a virgin dash bin could help re-learning the keys.

Did you tried to adapt keys? First try PATS programming by OBD , there is nothing u can lose ......

Transponder is not locked so can program them back in no problem.
what do you think happens when you Clear PATS down?

Is it the original dash or a sh one you are trying to get to work what happened to the original. ids should pair the dash to the engine ok. This will only work if a valid key is programmed to the dash first. Any old chip of the right type can be reused they are not locked. I use true code for key bit and ids for pairing with true code for double incode calc. If your using a used dash I'm not sure if the as built data is in the dash. I've seen problems like abs lights on dash come on when no abs fitted after old dashes are fitted.

Ford 4C, 4D can re-use even for others cars.
Just reprogramme the keys, need minimum 2 keys if all keys in PATS are deleted.

Update: tried re-adapting the original keys with both original FOCOM and IDS, several times without success :(
I'm using original dash, but also tried with a second-hand one, still no success. Also bought 2 new transponders from ebay, they arrived today, fitted them into the keys, tried with both focom and ids, with both original dash and other used one, and still no success. I'm totally stuck :(
Transponder type is 145-F0. Are you guys sure they can be re-learned?
Also I'm getting "B1600 PATS Ignition Key Transponder signal is not being received" in original dashboard. Does this mean that the coil is not receiving a signal at all or that it doesn't recognize it?

Check coil antenna around the lock and fuse. You need this tool:

It means it 's NOT receiving signal. Put transponder in any key programmer and check are they OK. If yes , continue from reader coil and follow wiring. Multi-meter is enough to check coil.

I have an EZS checker like this: http://www.obd2tool.com/images/201206/goods_img/1737_P_1338540085305.jpg and it blinks when I turn on ignition. Tried reading out all the transponders with AVDI and they seem to be good. Tried with a second hand coil too before, (but only had original keys then), but still no luck, now I'm using original coil again. Checked communication wiring going from coil to instrument cluster and those seem to be in order too. If I disconnect coil and turn ignition on then I get a different DTC (B1681 - Transceiver).

you must clear all keys first before adding keys. if you use ids it will ask for two in codes one for keys and one for adapt cluster to car. whenever i put s/h cluster never had problems with original keys from car should be 4d.

Thanks for all the replies so far guys. I think I managed to solve the problem. After a few quick ignition on/off cycles, the coil read the transponders, and I could teach them into the system. I even managed to re-teach one of the old keys (the other transponder broke while trying to remove it from the key housing), so it really is possible to use the old keys. That happened yesterday, and car started fine several times after that with all the keys, but today in the morning I got blinking immo light again with B1600 stored in the dash. So bought a second hand coil, then car started fine again. Will wait for the morning again, hopefully problem is solved for good.

a known problem with that dash is bad solder on plug and behavior is similar to yours.
