Yes you can program a key in with this pin.

Make sure to preprogram key with cs first.

It might be easier to add key straight to dump, if you have a tool for that, like avdi or tango.

no I have new key from VW which is not adapt to the car. currently car has not working key

Then the car should be a dealer key allready. Just programmed it with the pin.
