Weather App

Hello I have an Openbox and a Sky Box suddenly the weather app has stopped working,the cities are still there but no information.
Both boxes are connected to the internet no problem

Is it only the weather app not working, is everything else fine(channels etc)

No problem with any TV channels.

Mines the same and exepg is in 1903 tried everything
