MPPS "no device attached"

Hi, recently with my bench setup at home, when i try to go onto mpps v12, the box keeps coming up saying "no device attached", if i keep trying sometimes it will load up then as soon as i click anything it just goes off.

I've checked everything is plugged in right, checked my power cable over and everything looks ok, and according to windows the driver is working ok. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc...

So whats going wrong, can anyone help?
