Hi all
customer has a lexus is300 with no key chip. I removed the ecu (89661 - 53340) and proceded to read the chip 93C56. orange would not read as 256 and tango would not recognise the file I did manage to read. I have done several IS200 models with no problem, but this ecu does look different to those ones!

could anybody shine any light on this for me?

many thanks everybody

Dave

Hello M8,
This dump looks like FUJITSU Engine Control Module that has eeprom 25020, M8 could you try and re-read for me to help you out.

I tried all the 93c56 types that are 256 size
it reads on orange fine as a 128x16 but tango doesn't recognise the file? can you see the file?

file seems ok as an ES300 lexus? perhaps it the same 3.0 engine ecu?

i guess your is corrupt and you need a virgin file to start this vehicle.
