EDC16C39 Write BDM from Opel to Fiat ECU

Hi

I have a problem with opel astra ecu edc16c39 and I need to change it, I can not find any opel edc16c39 here so my question is, could I use EDC16C39 from Fiat or Alfa Romeo, write BDM from opel ecu and it will work fine?

Both are EDC16C39 and very similar engine so I think that ecu hardware is the same, but maybe somebody did in the past and can confirm if car run fine...

How can posibly the number for fiat and opel be the same ??

If you manage to find identical hardware or at least one ecu that has the same or more components then the one on the original car it should work without problems

Post the BOSCH numbers eg. 0281... from original Opel and spare FIAT ECUs... i will tell you if they are identical.
