Audi A6 C6/4F strange behavior after remap

Hello guys,
I don't know if it is in the right topic, but since it happened after remap, i think it should be posted here.
I made a remap through the OBD port on an Audi A6 C6/4F 3.0TDI 2005 225hp with EDC16CP34 ECU.
After the remap it was all fine, but suddenly after a day or two the HVAC disappeared (it is not even showing the temp) and cannot be turned on. Also the ESP started get faults and not working at all. After a VCDS diagnostic it says:
01 ENGINE - maflunction 0010
02 Auto trans - maflunction 0010
19 CAN Gateway - malfunction - cannot be reached 1100
37 Navigation - malfunction 0010
42 door elect. driver - malfunction - 0010
46 central conv - malfunction - 0010
4F centr. electr. II - malfunction - 0010
52 door elect. pass. - malfunction 0010
56 Radio - malfunction 0010
61 Battery regul. - malfunction 0010

We've sent it to a service shop and they've managed to fix it by uploading all the original software (EEPROM file, Microprocessor and Flash) to the ecu (at least they say so). They've said that they also did it through the OBD but i don't think this is possible since the Mic and EEPROM and also the FULL flash can only be read/write through BDM. Anyway two days after that HVAC and all other stuff malfunctioned again.
Does anyone have any suggestions, because it is starting to get very annoyng already?

EEprom, and flash possible, MPC not by OBD. But that's no matter. They lie

Give error list not only fast scan, with that we dont know nothing. There even can be some relays problem, or maybe internal error in ecu..

19 CAN Gateway - malfunction - cannot be reached 1100

Check for water inside CAN module, take glovebox out and take a look

Checked all the boxes and connections, no water inside all OK.
I will give an error list tomorrow.
