Cooling fan bmw e65

Hi all. I have a problem with electric fan. In the ECM have 2 error codes 41f1 Activation, electric fan and 4b22 cooling fan, Both errors are intermittent. When I erase the codes and try to do test the cooling fan the errors comes again. I measure the instalation. It is ok. In the climate control unit have one error:
-9c56 steam sensor
-signal missing
-permanent

Is the cooling fan is broken? How can I chek it?
