hello guys just joined and hope someone can help i am not very techy minded..!! i have a broadband connection via my company and we use Nildram,i have been informed that under our terms we can only have 2.5g download per month,i have been advised i have used well over this and as such company is charging me.I have signed up with O2 and installed drivers etc via my kids laptop and told them to use this for all bbc iplayer downloads etc it worked for around 30 minutes then box stopped receiving power,O2 changed box over and i just changed wireless box and reconnected all cables.When i try to access O2 via my company laptop (after disconnecting nildram) i get an error message saying the connection will have limited or no access and cannot get O2 working properly on any of the kids laptops or my company laptop.......help...!!!!!!
