Hi forum member does anyone has a solution to AK500 which does not open smart key column or which cant write nec I.c it just gives an errror

Use it under Windows XP and disable your Antivirus

im using windows xp service pack 3 which has no anti virus but still doing the same thank u .

Did it work at some point? If so:

Try a complete uninstall and reinstall of drivers and software. make sure device not plugged into PC when you begin reinstall process. Wait for Windows to tell you to plug in USB. Then reinstall the AK500 software.
