KTM - ZADI / repair data Zadi immo-box or virgin data.

Hi,

I have question : bike KTM 990 from 2009 with immo from ZADI
My customer thinks the immo-data is not oke? bike does not start.

Can someone check, or repair this 24c04 data, or match the keys to this 24c02 ?
Or have virgin data ?

I have 3 keys (1 red + 2 black) AND the immo-box
