Help immo off!! BMW e39 MS42

Dear Friends,

Car don't start after battery fail. Tried re-sync ews and DMW but still does not work.
Can someone help to ews delete/immo off this file please.......?

Car cranks but won't start. Re-synced DME-EWS with inpa but same problem. Just wanna get immo off to see if that works. Thanks

I have bmw ecu siemens dme ms42 5wk9037 if i change am29f400bb from original to used ecu with same part no is this enough thanks
