DTC OFF EDC17C46

I've done before dtc off in edc17cp14 but don't know how to do in edc17c46.

Start of DTC SW at address : 21ECE but where is DTC list start address ??

I cannot find the start address for DTC list.

Anyone can help or delete dtc's for me ?
P0400, P0401, P0402, P0403, P0404, P0405, P0406, P0407, P0408, P0489
