Your serial is wrong, too many numbers, if 2307766 then code is 8210 ;)

Yes I know how to decode I wrote the calc years ago, but his serial looks wrong, they all have a letter followed by "7" numbers not "8"
Also he says 7304 is a wrong code

When finaly do it MCU boot i see erased first line in MCU eeprom buffer,i load my dump and all work correct.Thank@all for intrutions.
I guess this is a diagnostic tool to do :(
