You need to invest in good tools, very easy.
You need to check what kind of dash first, check with the details I have mention below.

For 2014
First check with Octavia 2014 NEC35xxVDO V1
First check with Octavia 2014 NEC35xxVDO V2
First check with Octavia 2014 NEC35xxVDO 5th

For 2015 onwards.

Smelecom cant do 2015 Octavia and don't have in option 2015 .
