Xprog m 5.55 Argen.dll

Hi,
my programmer has the same problem as this link in attachment.

"Access violation at address 1455DF84 in module ?argen.dll?. Read of address 7A2FECFE"

it is from China with usb dongle version V.5.55 , is said on the website "use win7 "
I use all win7 32 ultimate,,
Please help me with this problem,

I received email from seller , he say I must use win XP not win7, I do not believe him because I know xprog does work on win7

have someone same problem ?
