View Full Version : How to incircuit dump Jeep/Chrysler DCX 56053016AQ immobilizer? pics

Hey Guys,

I removed immobilizer PCB from Jeep Commander 2006. It is DCX Part Number: 56053016AQ

Tried to find the memory chip, I have 8pin SOIC test clip, I want to make in circuit read of memory chip to dump file. Can anyone tell me where is memory chip to clip onto?

912DG128 you need to read, , upa/orange/etl/xprog will read it,

Ok thanks, Do you know if it is possible to make diy cable to read 912DG128 from computer LPT port like this http://write-code.blogspot.com/2012/08/parallel-port-spi-flash-programmer-and-unbrick-wm8650.html

What pins are important on 912DG128? or are there testpoints on PCB?

the important question is what tools you have to read this MCU, this mcu cant be read with cheap tools , requires dedicated tools which most of the locksmiths uses

you cannot read this MCU by method in the link you have psoted
