Mercedes ml500 me 9.7 fail to connect

Hello mates

while today doing diagnostics on this car ml500 using xentry das 2016 it could NOT connect to the me 9.7 module engine module ...so i plugged a brand new virgin ecu same part number but the same results .... it connect normally to all other modules ... there are some fault codes in rear SAM about headlight lamps is that can affect ? Any one have an idea about whats going on ...thanks in advance

still with the problema all can ok with ZGW

using the new ecu clearly the car dosent start but old ecu car starts ...any mate there ..? thanks in advance
