Hello every1 I am having a problem reading this chip using Upa v1.3 I'm getting a reset high error can someone please help thank you

This mean that reset pin status is not at level expected by the programmer ,if you are reading it in circuit , try lifting reset pin

Hello,from what unit you read ? Upa can read this mcu .are you shure you have corect pinout ?

Yes cosmin12345 Upa can read this chip and yes I do have the right pinout and even tried to compare with carprog it's same pinout
