when i open esitronic and wants to connect to my car, is says "unsuitable cable" is it something with the program ?

please help :)just instal the program again.the only problems are on the new models that need unibox 2.

Sometimes you need to bite the bullet and buy the new cable. Or replace the U Box 01 with Ubox 02. Its worked on a lot of problems my customers were having. They also did not need to reload the software. The cable is only required for KTS 520/550 and 650. The new KTS units 530/540/570 and 670 build the ubox 02 electonics into the KTS.

I have question to clarify regarding to KTS 530 .
This tool can check if the soft is down in ECU fuel pump or if the unit is blank the tool can write the original soft in this with direct connector 9 pins for PSG5 for example ??

You can "virginise" the pump with the KTS, easiest is to buy the correct cables for the job. So you then unlock the immoboliser (only on ford pumps-others do not have it) and can fit it to the car, but the kts will not write the program to the ECu on pump, only the EPS 815 can write to the ecu after it has run a test and calibration sequence.

Regarding to calibration sequence :

The new maps what the EPS815 write in ECU is standard maps ?
For example if I have 2 pumps with identical part number the maps is identical inside or the EPS815 write individual map becouse it made calibration sequence ?
I ask this because in my opinion the pump parameters are constantly changing . A pump that functioned 200.000 km ..I'm sure the pump have parameters very much different and I ask how is possible to work because the EPS815 wrote map with initial data....I think the programs are standrad for identical part number pump.
I think the EPS815 check if the pump parameters is ok and if is ok it write the map but no individual map.

The EPS815 is writing the maps into the PSG-5 after it have messured the delivery on different rpms / mg/h. (ccm)
